• If a training session is canceled more than two (2) weeks before the scheduled date, a full refund may be issued, minus any costs already incurred by the trainer or the company (e.g., travel, materials, reservation fees).

• In cases of rescheduling due to illness or emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date without penalty, but this is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to request documentation or evidence where applicable and to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

4. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website or services at any time without prior notice. This includes adjusting service content, pricing, availability, and features.
